MATCH COMMITTEE GUIDELINES.

Grades:                     Men                                Ladies

                            A      -5  – 13                     A       -5 – 22

                            B      14  – 20                    B      23 – 32 

                            C      21  -36                     C      33 – 45

HANDICAPS

Under the Australian Handicapping system a player is required to submit at least three (3) single cards each calendar year to maintain anAGU Handicap.

Members are responsible for the correctness of their own handicap and should keep a personal record of scores submitted for handicap through the year.

  1. INDIVIDUAL.

    • Handicap Match Play:  full difference of handicaps.

     2.  FOURSOMES (Includes Mixed)

    • Stroke:  Half of combined handicaps
    • Canadian:   .5 of aggregate stroke.
    • American:   .5 of aggregate stroke.

     3.  AMBROSE

      • Ball: 1/5  of combined handicap
      • 3 Ball: 1/7  of combined handicap
      • 4 Ball: 1/10 of combined handicap

Handicap Limits:

Men     36       –       Ladies      45
